    Footing inspection on 11/21/2025 was failed and a re inspection was required. - Contractor to provide a letter from Structural Engineer of records that states: 1. Footing and foundation underpinning are in substantial compliance with the structural design drawings. 2. Footings are compliant with R403.1.4.1. No additional work until letter received and approved by City of Edina. This is only the first section of strip footing.

    footing are already poured. hole has been excavated for the winter and blankets were only on top of footing not protecting the sides. the ground was left to freeze under the footings. also not sure the minimum frost deepth have be achived.
