Site looked good. EC in place - combo silt fence and bio logs. Site sign up. Using existing driveway until demo is complete or no longer sufficient. Gas and elec disconnected. Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. * Need to install IP in both CB's in front of site. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a well is located on site. Confirm if well is active or abandoned. If abandoned, provide a well sealing record. Identify location on survey. If well is active contact MDH to verify no conflict with setbacks and other requirements. If the well location is unknown, MDH can inspect and assist.
