Spoke with contractor by phone Mike he was concerned on why he needs a permit, from speaking with him he will be removing a potion of the ceiling that communicates with the attic space. According to him no other bldg permit work will be done. I did explain the removal of some of the ceiling required a permit and to call us to inspect rermoval and putting it back together.
