Seasonal Inspection - overall site looks good, site sign is up, no IP to remove - Should install double row of bio log around stockpile if it will be there for a while ( I will check back after foundation has been backfilled) - Clean up street at end of day as there is some trackout present

Since a New Home permit is not in process, you are required to have the following inspections upon completion of the demo and prior to receiving the escrow refund. - Inspection of hole after removal of all debris prior to filling (Building Inspections, 952-826-0372) - Demo Final after filling hole and appropriate grading is complete (Building Inspections, 952-826-0372) - Engineering Final after stabilizing all disturbed soils (Engineering Dept. 952-903-5728) - Tree Final (Forestry Dept. 952-826-0308)
