Site looked good. EC in place (bio logs and silt fence). Site sign up. Using existing driveway until demo is complete or until no longer sufficient. No IP needed (no nearby CB's). Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a sealed well is on the lot. If additional wells are encountered during construction, they must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy.
