Site looked good. EC in place (bio logs). Site sign up (address portion should be in larger letter/#'s but height is good). Using existing driveway until demo is complete or no longer sufficient. No IP installed (not needed at this time). Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a sealed well is on the lot. If additional wells are encountered during construction, they must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy.

Plan indicates there are 2 trees to be protected. When I conducted the pre demo inspection, I observed tree protection installed around one large tree behind the garage but the other protected tree did not have fencing up. Could be due to the fact of how close the garage is to that tree and may first need to demo garage before they can install tree protection.
