Preconstruction
Approved, w/ CommentsInspectorLindsay Evans
Site looked good. EC in place (bio logs). Site sign up. Rock entrance installed in front (no entrance/exit installed for access from alley). No IP required at this time (there is an IP device installed in a CB in the alley, however, there is also a road project currently going on and may have been installed for that - unsure). Pre construction photos uploaded in PDox. *Bio log in the street in front of rock entrance area will need to be removed. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a well is unlikely on the lot. If a well is encountered during construction, it must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy.
