    Overall site looks good. There are deep ruts in the entrance area with little rock for proper entrance. Bio logs laid across bottom at street and no vehicles on-site (all parked in street). LP tank still on-site but sitting in front corner (possibly for pick up). Will check back in a few days.

    Site looked good. EC in place (bio logs). Site sign up. Using existing driveway until demo is complete or no longer sufficient (on side street). No IP installed at this time due to weather. Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a sealed well is on the lot. If additional wells are encountered during construction, they must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy
