95% of the WRB is installed and per code. Contractor states that siding crew is planning to install drip caps for windows and patch in remaining WRB per their typical process.

-Pad footing form size & location is per engineering by MN P.E.. Thomas A. Webber Dated 12/17/2025. Contractor found an existing 4" drain line running through the new pad footing location. Contractor is planning to remove the pipe running through the footing, then get a re-inspection.
