Site looked good. EC in place (bio logs). Site sign up. Using existing driveway until demo is complete (however, appeared that a small section near the road has already been removed - may need to add rock in that area for proper entrance). No IP required at this time due to weather. Pre demo photos uploaded in PDox. Per Water Resources: Per City records, a well is unlikely on the lot. If a well is encountered during construction, it must meet the rules set in the City’s Private Well Policy
