Not able to do inspection because the contractor has chosen to cancel the floor drain in the cooler. Since the underground plumbing no longer matches the state approved plans it must get new approval from DLI. A reinspection must occur once the state approves the newly revised plans and they are resubmitted into Project Dox.

Air test only holding 4#. Grease interceptor on isometric drawings is only capturing waste from 3 comp sink but installation has it downstream of multiple other fixtures. No cooler floor drain or clean out installed. No ice maker floor drain installed. Need new interceptor spec sheet. Installation does not match isometric drawings. Unless installation completely matches state approved isometric drawings a new state review will be required to ensure system is designed properly.
