Existing correction remains regarding the floor joists in the master bath which require engineering. Contractor is aware and is already working with engineer for a design fix. This inspection was for verification that hall bath could have sheet rock installed. All wall framing has been inspected and can be sheetrocked but the floor in the master bath shower must remain open for an inspection once the engineer designs a fix.

In master bath the exposed drain for the shower has a bore for the shower drain within 2 inches of the top of the floor joists. A fix must be provided from a MN Licensed Engineer (502.8 & 301.1.3).
