Deck layout has changed from initial approved plans. Helical piers are installed in addition to some concrete footings. Helical torque report required and calculations for torque values. A revised plan showing the new deck formation must be approved prior to pouring concrete. Last footing prior to waterfront is susceptible to erosion and in noncompliance with R403.1.7.2. A greater footing depth must be achieved to meet a 45 degree imaginary angle past the retaining wall it is next to.
