Inspection of stair stingers was noncompliant. In accordance with R311.7.5.1 risers cannot exceed 7 3/4 inches. Currently risers measure at 8 inches. Stringer spacing only needs to not exceed 12 OC. I told contractor to correct the stairs and call for final inspection next and not a stair only reinspection.
