Stair risers cannot have a variance of more than 3/8 inch from the lowest rise to largest rise for a flight of stairs (7 1/4 and 7 3/4 present). Discussed alternative options approved by the building official for a landing at base of stairs to accommodate 8 1/2 rise at bottom of stairs.

Landing at base of stairs only measures 24 inches deep. Updated survey required and dispute with neighbor regarding retaining wall must be resolved. Tempered film on window must be verified.

stair risers must be within 3/8" of all stairs on a run and no more than 7 3/4" high. a continuous handrail is required on the stairs. window fall protection is required on all windows on the second level that sills sit under 24" above the floor. the picture window in the owner bathroom must be tempered. the roof venting at the ridge must have the aggregate openings verified. the venting at the ridge must be 1sq ft per 150 sft of roof area.

1. the lath on the left side of the walk door is sideways, not the correct direction, change. 2. tape the edges of the D paper through the corners to the brick mold on both sides of the walk door. call for reinspection

Anchor bolts missing within 12 inches of ends of bottom plates and in intervals exceeding 6 feet. Missing PF straps on garage door. Missing joist hanger nails in some hangers for floor of upstairs deck (visible on main level). Sleepers require 3 toenailed nails. Missing nail plate at bottom plate by laundry standpipe upstairs. Rafter tie missing upstairs by bathroom on West side of home. Missing rafter tie by NW corner. Roof truss A1SG is in the wrong location. Floor truss F1GT not laminated correctly and now not possible (need approval from truss company on fix). Missing joist hanger nails where F2GT is above stairs.

Called for a wall bracing inspection. Entire home is CS WSP however whole home has staples for fasteners. 8D nails required 6" on edge and 12" in field.

Footing layout has changed slightly by front entry but does not affect layout. New plans showing the change on Page A02 must be approved. Concrete contractor on site had engineering provided for step foundation due to elevation change. Engineering packet must be uploaded to project dox as well. Strip footing not completed yet and will require separate footing inspection. OK to pour perimeter footing. Revised plans required prior to strip footing. Contractor pouring at own risk.
