See previous entry. The updated photos provided do not show sufficient ice and water barrier at front of one story portion of house and garage. Due to this area having a three foot overhang, 2 rows of ice and water barrier are not sufficient. Updated photos do not address mixed exhaust vent types.

The photos provided do not show sufficient ice and water barrier at roof above front door and garage. Ice barrier is required from lowest edge of roof to a point not less than 24" inside the exterior wall line (R905.1.2). Provide written verification from roof vent manufacturer that it is acceptable to mix exhaust ventilator types on this roof, R806.4 (Currently one powered exhaust mixed with multiple box vents).
