The Simpson LSTA24 straps have been installed. detail on wall top plate connection to existing wall top plates with A34 clips needs to be updated because the new top plates do not line up with the existing ones. contractor installed a double bottom plate, unable to verify if the 3-16D nails were added to the porch end wall. LSTA30 straps not installed on interior of porch end wall over header and framing. consult with the engineer on the changes to the engineered plans as listed above. missing hvac permit and rough in for 3 new supply lines. failed electrical rough in.
