The front entry is not trimmed and sealed as to prevent water intrusion past the house wrap (appears to be missing entire trim wrap). Side service door for garage is not sealed as to prevent water intrusion (loose coil stock wraps). It is unclear as to the purpose of the front exhaust vent by the front entry but given the size it is possible that it is actually serving as an intake vent. It is the contractors responsibility to find the purpose of all intakes and exhausts on siding and terminate appropriately. If the vent by front of home is actually intake it will require a screen and no damper. On the right side of the home there are two 4 inch exhaust vents the one closer to the front appears to be serving a dryer and is good as is but the one closer to the rear of the home requires a corrosion resistant screen in adition to the backdraft damper already installed.

This inspection was conducted via digital pictures provided to us from the permit applicant. Based on the pictures provided the house wrap appears compliant with the Minnesota state building code. Due to this being a digital inspection, please schedule a final inspection on site.
