The roof construction does not match approved plan sheets at eave. Although this area does have an attic space, we are willing to accept the reduction of R-value to that of Section R402.2.2 of R-30. This would require the ceiling height to drop 3". The chutes would need to be constructed to withstand any expansion of closed cell foam. Written verification required from the structural engineer for bearing of rafters at exterior wall.

Helical piers installed (four total) the plan called for three piers but the pier at the inside corner of the existing foundation was unable to be installed tight to the corner, the pier is 18" from the inside corner of the foundation. The installers added an additional pier on the adjacent wall 18" from the inside corner. All cmu cores have been filled along the two walls below the addition. Updated plans from the Engineer are required, a workflow into projectdox will be opened for updated plans to be submitted for review and approval. need helical report prior to final inspection.
