1. Strap lakeside beam to all posts for rotation, both sides of post. 2. finish nailing bottom of posts to anchors @ footings. 3. need beam to joist hold down straps. 4. add framing anchors at joists to outside rim at each joist that is on each side of the guard rail post blocking-lag with structural lags that are long enough to lag into outside rim. 5. contractor will remove some siding to show us they flashed the ledger area when we are out there for the reinspection.
