1. need a grippable handrail on both stairs one side, 1 1/4" to 2" diameter, top of the handrail has to be between 34 and 38 inches to top of the handrail from the nosings, return ends into newel posts top and bottoms. 2. both stairs, top riser height is over 7 3/4 inches, max height is 7 3/4 inches and all risers have to be within 3/8 inch of each other in same stair run - change. 3. make bottom riser height within 3/8 inch of other risers in same stair run
