missing vertical grab bars in restrooms. the accessible restroom next to the janitor closet must have the within 16-18" of the side wall. hvac correction any mechanical equipment that is within 10' of the roof edge requires a guard 42" min in height and must extend 30" past either side of the equipment the guard is serving.
