Awaiting engineers approval of joist repairs for upper level and main level floor joists (overbored on upper level and screws not nails for main level). Added 3rd LVL as required for beam in dining room. Electrical RI must pass prior to framing passing as well. Insulation completed already (patched existing batt/poly).

Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing rough ins must pass prior to framing passing (scheduled 7-7-25). Existing plumbing in main level ceiling exceeds boring limitations of R502.8. New LVLs sistered on both main level floor and ceiling use 4 construction screws every 16 inches as opposed to 3 10D nails as required by engineer. New LVLs have plumbing bores in them (have engineer approve new bores through sistered members. 3 main level ceiling 2X10s by dining room door do not have bearing (add hangers). Existing beam indicated on engineers plan is actually 2-9 1/2 inch LVLs as opposed to 3-9 1/2 inch LVLs as indicated on engineers plan.
