    Need an email from the engineer of record indicating the thickness and type of rock added under the footings of the building. There was much water and muck on site do to hydrostatic water coming up from the soil. Contractor was pumping out all of the soil cuts around the perimeter. 4 interior pads ok located on grid 7.4 C, 7.0 D, 6 C, and 6 D. Poured wall ok from grid line J3 to grid line 1B
