1. all hanger double shear nails have to be long nails, replace all short hanger nails with long galvanized nails. 2. add uplift straps posts to beams. 3. finish nailing the outside corner post base to post. 4. joist hanger/beam hanger by patio is missing nails both ends. 5. stair stringers are not in place at inspection. 6. ledger flashing is not in. ice and water is added behind ledger. call for reinspection when ready.
