1. add lags where needed in ledger per approved plan, plan says 1/2 inch lags every 15 inches oc. 2. the 2 outside floor joists at the ledger, remove the small framing anchor and add a framing anchor for 2x10 material. 3. the landing beam has to be a double 2x10 per approved plan. 4. provide mechanical connectors at the landing beam to the stringer beam and mechanical connectors from the stringers to the stringer beam. call for reinspection when ready.
