Stair stringer spacing currently between 10 1/2" and 12 1/4", Trex Enhance requires maximum spacing of 9" O.C.

1. resubmit a corrected plan with the changes that were made on site-outside beam was replaced, add dimensions for accuracy, some floor joists were replaced. 2. need support under inside of stair landing-add footing and post. 3. stringer spacings are incorrect for the decking material used contractor said it is trex transcend(scalloped edges). 4. part of the replaced beam has about a 1/4 inch notch at bottom over center bearing post. 5. continuous grippable handrail is on wrong side(part of the guard rail) your hand runs into the deck, no space for finger clearance. 6. you have to use lags from beams to posts, not screws. Send revised plan to office and once that is approved the reinspection will be required.
