Bid Includes: · Demo of faucets and fixtures to be completed by contractor · Removal and repair of sheetrock to be completed by contractor · Drain waste, vent and water supply lines for the toilet, shower and sink to remain in the same locations · Shower to have onyx wall sections installed by other (verify wall thickness) · Move shower drain 1’-2’ to new center location · Supply and install a Sioux Chief chrome shower drain (S821-2P) · Move hot and cold water supply lines into the new shower wall (approximately 2’) · Supply and install a Delta chrome shower faucet (DT13220/DR10000PFSPX) · Supply and install a Delta chrome transfer valve (DT11900/DR11000) · Supply and install a Delta chrome hand shower with slide bar (D57014) · Supply and install a Delta chrome wall elbow for hand shower (D50560) · Location of slide bar to be determined by owner/contractor · Reinstall owner supplied toilet · Reconnect sink drain and water supply lines · All
