BLDG - Commercial - Tenant Finish (new tenants)

Remodel of existing tenant space to install new floor tile, add a second bathroom next to the existing one, and build a new bar/service counter. Work includes related plumbing, electrical, and ventilation for the new bathroom and bar, plus new interior paint throughout. No structural changes.
