All work to build an addition on South West side of house, next to garage and front door; Excavate area for mudroom addition foundation. Frame walls. Install house wrap. Install new roof on addition. Install new windows, reinstall old windows. Install vinyl siding, metal soffit and facia. Insulate walls and attic area. Install (3) outlets and (1) ceiling light in addition. Open wall between existing laundry room and new addition, frame steps. Install sheetrock on walls and ceilings. Install luxury vinyl plank flooring in new addition and laundry room. Install trim and (1) door. Paint walls, ceiling, and trim. Install (1) window in garage. Install (1) 100 amp sub panel in garage. Install (1) 50 amp outlet in garage. Tape, sand, and mud sheetrock in garage. Install 8' x 4' of cultured river rock stone on front of addition. Install new ceiling fan in mudroom. Paint garage walls and ceiling.
