BLDG - Commercial - Demolition

At Cairo Café, the scope of work involves a light commercial renovation designed to transform an existing retail space into a fully functional café. The work includes selective demolition of one non-load-bearing interior wall, opening sections of the ceiling for new lighting and mechanical work, and minor floor removal where needed. The build-out features construction of a new bar and one partition wall to define the kitchen and service area.
