Scope of work
Mold was found on the inside of OSB sheathing in the basement wall. OSB will need to be replaced. Remove existing siding below the deck, remove house wrap, remove molded OSB. Replace any framing that has rotted beyond repair. If framing needs to be replaced, erect a temporary brace wall while work is being completed. Install new osb and house wrap, install all needed flashing, install the old siding back.
