BLDG - Residential - Alteration/Remodel/Repair

Kitchen Remodel: Demo existing cabinets and pantry walls. Move island plumbing, electrical due to island location slightly moving. Remove existing load bearing post, flush lvl beam and walls along sides of island and install new beam and columns per attached engineering requirements. Re finish wood flooring and popcorn ceilings. Install new kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash and appliances.
