BLDG - Residential - Alteration/Remodel/Repair

Reframe and sheetrock existing wall that was removed by another contractor for the purpose of installing new drain tile. Wall will be framed first, then electrician will come out to hook up electric line to frame; we will then return to put up sheetrock and finish the wall. This is an interior non-loadbearing wall 13’ L x 8’ H No insulation will be needed.
