BLDG - Residential - Deck Repair

Demoing existing decking and railing, installing premium cedar decking with aluminum face mounted spindles plastic water drain brackets 2 x 6 drink rail, rebuilding the staircase with proper stringers shortening the staircase by an inch and a half doing face mounted posts Install installing one extra footing underneath the staircase for bracing, stain the deck and rail as well. We will not be changing the existing footings or framing.
