Remodel space for Farrel's Extreme Body Shaping. Remodel the bathroom per ADA guidelines and add a shower. Add a storage room in the warehouse with a mop basin. Update finishes including a new door to the office, misc, electrical work, flooring, and painting. Add a new mini-split for heating/cooling in the warehouse area that will be used as a work-out studio
