Scope of work
I will be removing there living room gas fireplace which currently sits at a 45 degree angle framed to the ceiling. Then we will square off the room again back to a 90 degree corner. I will be removing the venting which goes through the roof. So there is a little bit of shingle repair as well along with the ceiling repair.
