Scope of work
Remove and demo the existing deck. Re-build a new deck the same size and the same location but using new materials. Solid Azek pvc decking to be used with Westbury aluminum rails with drink rails on the falt section of the deck. The stairs going down will have a continuous handrail going down. 75l lb diamond pier footings to be used.
