Constructing a new plane hangar, 150' x 100' x 28'-6" tall. Building is red iron constructed, steel foam insulated panels covering the exterior, along with a steel standing seam roof. Concrete floors with radiant heat. Small single bathroom, mechanical room used for the purpose of storage. Both aprons between building and roadways are concrete, matching the width of the building.
