Obstruction Permit

We are performing roof repairs on 400 N. Robert St. We will need to set up a boom truck (crane) on 7th Place E. taking up the entire road and 7 parking spaces. We will have a person on the ground along with a crane operator, the ground person will monitor pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk while we are lifting over the area. We anticipate approx. 3 hrs. of closure two times. One day for loading materials and equipment to the roof and one day for downloading materials and equipment.
