SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION A. EXTERIOR - Remove rear entry door and concrete stoop. - Remove adjacent bathroom window. - Build new entry vestibule addition with entry deck with stair and railing. B. INTERIOR - Demolish ½ bath and storage closet at rear entry. - Build new full bath with combination Washer/Dryer in demolished area. - Convert existing Living Room to Bedroom and sitting area with door access to new bathroom. Install new freestanding wardrobe closet between sitting area and bedroom area. - Install new privacy door at front entry area into new sitting area. - Install new kitchen floor (LVT).
