Residential Building Repair by Licensed Contractor

Remove existing exterior window trim that has been damaged by woodpeckers on (5) windows. Replace with new James Hardie pre finished trim boards. Windows themselves will NOT be touched. Only drip cap/flashing tape if needed, trim, caulking. Also wrapping flat portion of existing (2) columns with Azek sheet goods. Spoke with someone in plan review and they mentioned to file for "home repair" permit. But I didn't see that on the new system?
