Setting of new indoor and outdoor gas cooler units and install of stainless-steel piping, heating water piping, chilled water piping, domestic water piping, and pipe insulation. This equipment will be used for training purposes only and will not be used continuously. The Steamfitters Pipefitters Local 455 will use this equipment to train technicians. The equipment will not be used to heat or cool the building.
