BUILD NEW DUPLEX 04/11/24 - received CMA, Energy Code Compliance Certificate, Demo permit (need signoffs) - SLT 05/09/24 - confer w/ structural on plans, ok'd (BK) - need plan & side design of front/rear entry decks. SLT 05/30/24 - New Demolition Contractor - needs contractor change. SLT 05/31/24 - Applicant comes to counter, wants to start dig/demo; check w/ Building Insp. on Demo (?req'd). SLT 06/28/24 - new demolition contractor - send Construction permit for sign-offs (SLT) 07/02/24 - received final sign-offs. (SLT)
