A PORTION OF THE ROOF WOULD BE REMOVED AND TIED INTO THE NEW WEST WALL. THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING WILL STAY. A NEW WALL WILL BE CONSTRUCED TO CODE TO ENCLOSE THE GARAGE. Removed 7’ of the garage and concrete floating slab. We then installed a 24” x 12” thick slab with 2 # 4 rebar with dowels into existing slab. Installed 1 course 6” block and tied into existing block with 8” block. We core filled the block and installed anchor bolts every 4’. The existing trusses remained in place and we framed the gable wall with 2 x 6’s. The following "Trade" Permits are required for this project: Electrical,
