Replace burnt trusses on garage, re-frame part of garage wall that burnt. Re-shingle garage and repair shingles were it ties into the the house. Re-side whole house. Re-insulate some exterior walls and blow-in insulation in attic. Prime and paint walls and ceiling. Paint exterior of house. Replace all windows. Adding walls and finishing basement (updates to scope of work and valuation per email on 1/20)
