Remove all existing siding, soffit and fascia, and built rite exterior sheathing. Supply and install new 7/16" osb sheathing, and prefinished LP smartside siding. Replace all existing windows - Current bedroom window openings do not meet egress, We will be replacing with the largest windows available to maximize the net clear opening These are custom sized based off of RO measurements. (1) patio door at rear elevation will be removed and replaced with a window unit, Framing will be involved to infill the bottom of the opening (no header work). Remove and replace (1) overhead door at garage to include track and opener. Remove and replace (2) exterior entry doors.
