1. Remove the existing tub-cut, tub surround, and all faucets/fixtures in the shower area. 2. Install a new shower pan. 3. Install a solid surface surround; FlexStone panels. 4. Install chrome shower fixtures, including a handheld shower head with an elongated hose. 5. Install wall backing for current and future grab bars. 6. Install four grab bars. Locations will be reconfirmed with Patricia at the time of installation. 7. Install new corner shelves.
