There is a larger sized bedroom that their children share and the homeowner would like to split the large bedroom into two moderately sized bedrooms. The contractor shall remove interior closet walls in bedroom, and entrance into bathroom and reorganize the space per plan to allow entrance into the bedrooms and bathroom from the hallway. The electrical will be updated for code compliance of outlets and lights.
