Remodel / Renovation / Relocation

The Homeowner had a floor structure fail on them from water intrusion from a leaking flat roof and overloaded floor framing. This was a bedroom addition that was put on the north side of the house with a tuck under garage. The existing flooring materials caved in and there was a 12' x 8' hole in the bedroom. We will remove all of the concrete debris and materials that failed and install new Engineered Joists and Subfloor to Match existing subfloor height.
